How to order and inspection.

To order an inspection please call 505-261-8998.

In regards to time and quality, we schedule a maximum of 4 inspections per day when both inspectors are available and two inspections per day when only one inspector is available.

Please print and fill out the Job order form & have the pre-inspection agreement signed on the customer lines by the property owner and and the prospective buyer (If available) or agent.

Have all contact information available to include:

• All Realtors
• Title company
• Contact person-escrow officer
• Phone
• Fax
• Buyers name if warranty is to be ordered.

If property is owned by a bank, have it signed by the agent or authorized person.

Then fax to (505) 559-4393.

Please keep in mind that the Warranty should be ordered with the inspection.

After you fax the necessary documents, I will call you to confirm your inspection.
